How to care for your crochet items?

  1. Rough play may result in flat areas or clumping of the stuffing- to remedy this, gently reshape the item and shift stuffing back into place.
  2. If you see a yarn tail sticking out of the item- don’t panic! Everything is fastened off, so the yarn tail can be stuffed back into the body without issue! To do this, you can use a small tool such as tweezers to gently stuff the tails back into the item.
  3. For best cleaning results, wash by hand or spot clean using cool water and allow to air dry.
  4. If using a washing machine, ensure the item is placed into a garment bag on a cool, gentle wash cycle. Allow the product to air dry or tumble dry on low.

Can I change my order after my credit card is charged?

Please be advised that once an order has been placed and processed, it is difficult to make modification and cancellation. If you want to change your order, please use the contact form to contact us. We shall do our best to accommodate your situation. But once your order has been shipped, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

How can I track my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time by going directly to the links provided by our customer service via email. Please note that you should have the order number and email address to track the order status. We will email the tracking number to you. Please note that carrier’s website may not update the records and parcel status in time.

What should I do if my order never arrived?

Be sure that all of your orders have shipped already. If your order displays your package on the tracking website has been sent, and you don’t receive it in 2 weeks; please contact customer service for assistance.
