All items in my shop are handcrafted by me in the order when the order was received. I do offer expedited shipping and handling for an additional charge. Please contact me before placing an order. Once the item was handed over to the postal for shipping, I no longer had control over the item. If you have a problem tracking your package or your package is not delivered, please contact me so we can address the issue. Please take into consideration that the postal office recently changed its shipping protocol; therefore, it may take up to 5 business days for ground delivery.
My shipping price are set for each item in its own box. when you select to purchase multiple items from my store, the internal calculation assumes I’m shipping each item individually. Once your order comes though, I can recalculate the shipping costs and issue a refund for any overcharge.
Physical Items:
- Physical items will be shipped via USPS and shipping rates will be calculated based on the size and weight of the crochet ordered.
- Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Processing Time:
- Please allow 5-7 business days for processing of your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following business day.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if applicable, so you can track your package’s journey.

International Shipping:
- We currently offer shipping to select international destinations. International shipping rates will vary based on the destination and the size/weight of the items ordered.
- buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon importation into their country. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
